Body - Black chenille.
Hackle - Yellow tied on as a collar and tied back and down.
Wing - Black Monga ringtail tied over the body*

Mike Kennedy of Lake Oswego, Oregon, originated this pattern. It is a variation of an Atlantic salmon fly pattern.
*Monga ringtail is practically no longer available, so substitute with dyed black squirrel tail
