Thread - Black

Tip - Lower half, oval silver tinsel; the upper half, yellow floss

Tail - Golden pheasant crest feather

Ribbing - Oval silver tinsel

Body - Black floss

Hackle - Sparse teal blue hackle barbs tied in at the throat

Wing - Yellow bucktail tied low over the body, with overwings of red bucktail, then yellow bucktail tied on top. The wing should be kept very, very sparse

Wing - White bucktail tied over the body, with an overwing of red bucktail, then a sparse bunch of dark brown bucktail

Author's Note

Peter J. Schwab originated this and similar patterns between the mid-1920s and mid-1940s 1940s while he was residing in Yreka, California. He named this pattern after Robert F. "Bobbie" Dunn of Stockton, California. The wings should be cocked upward 40-50°.
